Conversation
A typical sales cycle for us is anywhere from one to two months. During this time, customers get to know about us and our services while finalizing the specs.

Agreement
Placing an order is easy and fast. Once an agreement has been signed, we will start pre-flight your files to ensure everything is in order.

Proofing
Checked files are sent to factory for proofing. Time to make proofs is about a week or so. However, it'll take a few more days to ship the proofs back to customer.

Express Delivery
Once the proofs are made, they are sent back to the customer via international express delivery for approval. This process may take about a week or so.

Manufacturing
Upon customer final approval, the order is scheduled for production. Depending on the nature of the job and quantity ordered, it takes about two or three weeks to finish.

Books
A typical bound printed matter order (i.e. books) takes less than two weeks to finish.

Gifts
A typical promotional gift order takes about two to three weeks to finish.

Signage
A typical retail signage order takes about two to three weeks to finish.

Export Customs Clearance
Once production is done, the order is palletized and ready for export. Clearing through Chinese Customs may be tricky. Depending on the type of product, it may take about three to 10 days to clear through Customs.

Ocean Freight
Provided there's no work stopage, weather issues, or mechanical problems, ocean freight from China to the west coast of U.S. is about two weeks. About four weeks to the east coast of U.S.

Import Customs Clearance
Once the shipment docks at the port of entry, it takes about two to three days to clear through U.S. Customs.

Warehousing
This is where all the shipment unloaded from the ship is sorted and organized. Everything is stacked and re-stacked so that pick-up from truckers would be fast and easy.

Trucking
A typical delivery from port of entry to the final destination takes about two to three days. While most of the delivery is local, it takes trucking company two to three days to organize their schedule.

Delivery
Most of our deliveries are local and done in one day. Meaning that we always pick the port of entry closest to your location. Trucker would usually call ahead to schedule a delivery time two or three days in advance.
